- Provided complete technical support, both on-site and remote, for clients
- Showcased strong knowledge of the Microsoft Windows OS with support for network connectivity, virus and malware removal, computer backups, OS updates, and hardware and software installations
- Conducted remote support via phone, email, or LogMeIn remote access
- Participated in site installations of Windows computers and servers, routers, modems, network cabling, peripherals, and software, ensuring that office staff were able to continue their work
- Made recommendations for client computers, hardware, or software
- Able to critically think and troubleshoot technical issues due to hardware failures or natural weather phenomenon
- Assisted in custom computer builds, including installation of motherboards, CPUs, RAM, HDs, etc
